first, excuse me for the bad english :)
a Long time is past about my latest post here...
so now, i'm doing a swap from the 1400 to a 1900 stroker on my GT
Im wondering if someone can help me to fit the gearbox from the coupe/Delta 2.0 16v on the 1400/1600 Block.
PL Racing have built an Adapter to fit this gearbox ..

I'm thankful for any help ... because i don't know if this is really similar like plug and Play...

I'd imagine with the above adaptor plate you're going to also need the slave cylinder from the Coupe/Delta, also possibly custom drive shafts depending on where the diff sits.
You'll also need to make yourself two custom gearbox mounts.
Looking at the adaptor plate you use a standard GT flywheel and starter motor.

Ok thanks ... Is here someone who has modified anotjer gearbox at the 1400/1600 Block?
I dont want to mount the original gearbox guys ... :-(
Why not?
The standard box have been proven to handle 300hp.
We are shure to pass 360hp min. and +450nm
And i hope it also... So i don't want to change the gearbox every oilservice ...
