Are they milky because they are scratched on the outside?
Are they plastic or glass?
I tend to just wet flat them with 1500 and then polish them with a medium grade cutting compound.

Mine are pretty shitty on the Lexus as well, I used some pad off eBay but didn't do too much so Im in same situation as you Todd , let me know your outcome :)
