Mk1 GT starter motor

I need this for my Mk2 Uno Turbo, I *think* the starter motor units are the same (?)

Has anyone got one? Cheaper the better !

all of the gt starter motors are the same bar the connection to the starter actuator but that is easily changed

try euro car parts the right hand bracket starter is only 52quid brand new the other one which is on my car 72quid cos the bracket is the other way round lol

righto guys, thanks for the replies.

I've pulled my starter off my Uno Turbo at the weekend.. its has 11 teeth. I understand the Punto ones are all 9 teeth so it looks like they are different units.

Even If I found a punto one with 11 teeth I'd be worried the flywheels are different.

I've got a guy with a load of Mk2 Uno Turbo parts looking at the moment so fingers crossed on that!
