Chassis may not be up to boxster standards, as thats its main competition, but compared to a Clio V6 it'll piss all over it, day in day out.... whilst doing 9000rpm and looking a load better as well. Evo compare like for like, when they say the Mini has a great chassis, they're not saying it's great like a Zonda's chassis.... and the S2000 is in a different league to some of the cars Phill's suggesting.
yep, I think we are on the same wavelength here... 8) ....back-to-back some cars are quicker than others and have greater adjustability at 10/10th's handling limit, you know the bumpf the motoring guys come out with.....but, in the real world.....when its your cash going into a car and you have to live with that car day in and day out, i would have the honda.
I've got an S2000 brochure and the engineering that goes into the car is staggering...look at the engine..titanium con-rods..forged pistons...shot-peened block..list goes on....gives you a sense of apprehension before you drive the thing, a petrol head thing if you like..
personally, as mook said, you've still left the best one off your list...the alfa 147 GTA....I really have to own this car one day...
