i cant believe how useless adrian flux are with insuring my punto.
i insured my punto sporting with them at 17 for £1900.
so at 20 on a punto 55 1.1 you would imagine it would be pretty reasonable, but they want £1470  when i was 17 i was getting quoted less than that!
i have no points, no ncb (i have 2 years but its being used on another policy WITH adrian flux), i have 1 NON fault claim, why they need to know that i dont know....
why the hell are you so expensive 8-[
your'd think that already being with them 2 years, just taken out a policy on my other car with them for £2775 you would think they could do some deals, but no.
Maybe you need to enquire about some kind of "auto-trader's" policy? I know that with my 4, I'm paying a lot for individual policies. All owner-driver only, laid-up, 2K, 3K and 5K with extras. There ought to be a better way, but they are only brokers not insurers, to be fair.
well i need some sort of trade insurance but at 20 that is not going to happen :(
I tried for a quote today, 2k+, that's double what i'm paying now and over a grand more than quoted by you last year!
Well you know, getting caught trafficing those polish birds to and from the docks has its consequences lol
ive had my poblems with flux in the past.
after taking out a policy with flux i had numerous problems with their letters telling me they would cancel my insurance if they didnt recive items which i had already sent to them.
while i was away in another country they sent even more letters to my home to which my wife had to deal with even though she didnt know anything about my car and what it was made up of
These letters consisted of ultimatums saying my insurance would be cancelled within 7 days. and being away for a month in luxembourg. yeah this was fun.
after loosing my job and needing to cancel my policy it ended up costing me £200 to get the policy canceled in finance charges and cancellation fees.
and this was with only a few months left to go. great way to go after loosing your job eh.
Flux have always been good to me.
Ok my renewal was £620 this year, but they got it down to just £406.
im still looking around 1100 quid lol but its dropped by 400quid now i finally have a years no claims woohoo!!!
yet mine is apparently 2k+
