So @hobizoli is it worth getting the crank drilled then have an extra dowel put into the flywheel so that it has two locking dowels to stop vibration?

A dowel won't stop vibration, if vibration is even the cause.
You don't know what has actually caused it, without knowning a cause anything you try is just guess work trying to stop/solve the problem. Better to try one new thing at a time until its solved and all that.
If its bolts coming loose, then balance the same as before/or better and add the ARPs with mega torque settings.
Nothing else is coming loose is it? Gearbox mounting bolts etc??
Just dropped everything off to my engineer. He'll be balancing everything separately first and then balancing it all together like last time.
annnddd after all that it broke againn.. The joyss..

Can you not machine the crank for 2 keys in it?
Erm most probably could. Cant be asked to be honest.. It shouldnt need two keys anyway.
How come its done it then?
Becuase somethings not right with it, whether its a component thats not right or broken or the engines not being put together correctly.
He's right, it doesnt need two keys, keys don't sheer from power, its only turning a pulley thats turning a flobbery belt, its sheered because its not not seated or tightened up properly.
