I am around winchester, southampton and eastleigh alot and see a few modded punto's. Seen a yellow HGT with tinted windows, abrath skirts, lowered etc and a light blue mk2 fully modded in winchester.

Im Portsmouth way... dont really see many modded around here!
i live near basingstoke not seen many around my area
i might come that way on the odd occasion but not often.
