I always was (and still am) a 360 man! But i also always knew the PS3 would overtake the 360 as top console but i did not ever think it would take this long! The ps3 is only really now starting to show its potential and they've had plenty of time to do it in! The question im asking is ...how much longer do they need?!
-PS3 if your planning for the future and want true HD gamming
-360 if you just want a console for real gamming with real choices at real prices, right now!
btw a lil piece of information for ya!... 360 outsold the PS3 through March. Which is a first for 2008.
Just done a little serach on google and there doesn't seem to many complaints about hdmi premium console about the red lights so fingers crossed mine doesn't go but then again i just might not be searching good enough.
I went for the Xbox because most of my mates have them very few have ps3's.

ps3 is the way to go for the future, some of the new games coming out look amazing. both are very good consoles and xbox is miles better for online play and probably will be for quite a while still but you have to pay for it unlike the ps3.
trying to get a game on the ps3 fifa is a nightmare sometimes, and my mate that plays cod4 says it constantly searches for updates every time you turn it on which can last for up to an hour before you can even play the game sometimes.
if the games turn out too be vast superior in the future for the PS3 no doubt ill buy one but for now im going to stay with Xbox..no rush lol
