    i herad it does fit but the engine just sits a bit to high so the bonnet wont close

    same, thats what i heard.

    so people use the 1.4 uno turbo cos that isnt as high

    it does fit as i have seen 1 myself although the main boostpipe had to come out the front of the bonnet and down the front of the car.

    but last time i saw it, it was work in progress. the engine was in the car so it does fit.

    Now a 1.4GT cinq would be wicked.......it would be the smaller equivelent of the 16vt punto conversion.......Seb4 cinq........rapid!

    Rear wheel drive too

    if the bonnet doesnt close, then imo the engine doesnt fit lol, will look **** with the engine sticking out through the bonnet...

    It needs cutting done to fit it as well mawbs, its a bit ott.

    Why not fit it to the rear of a GT and have two GT engines? That would be interesting.

    after watching "pimp m ride" and they done a panda they put a r5 kit on it and it worked with the car, and for a laugh put the engine in a panda

    main reason being i already have a cinq that is worth fook all and a spare gt engine + hardley any money to do anything with.

    as for it not closing the bonnet - pssh easy cut a hole in it.

    or make a flat one.
