Anyone got any idea's why a server in San Francisco would be faster than a server in London? Could it be the difference in the actual servers used to test rather than the geographical location/line?

Plusnet suck during the day! I can rarely get on a CS:Source server in the evenings until about 11pm..I just keep getting kicked off cause my ping is too high!
Although just did a test and it seems to be better than most on here!
And thats with me connected remotely to it from my work through logmein.com!
