Ok guys.. please can you help me.. now ive had these for a while.. now i want them on!!!
so thanx to lumox (hehe) he broke the existing hinge what was on the side window.. , so went to fiat and bought a new one.. and they said i can use the one out my car window to fit the stuff onto the hinge (the new one i bought which there no point as ill take it out the one in my window now) so that was useless..
so basicly.. i want to know how to get it all off!! i know there is 2 screws just inside or behind the door etc.. and some inside the car.. near the window near the boot.. once there out.. it should come out.. now what i want to know id how to get the ENTIRE hinge off!
so i can put that ENTIRE HINGE including everything on it.. to the tinted windows ??
does anyone know how to do this as i dont wanna break it ??
pics taken off my phone!!! appologies!! but please tell me what you think.
thanx in advance... foz

knock the split pin out that goes through the hinged part next to the glass.
take the lever off then take the circular piece off the glass.

Good luck though...
You can write a how to.
Punto Gt no more!
- i did tell you that i knaffed it............... and you still decided to take it off my hands. but fiat told me that they can supply and fit the new part? have you tried that
it can be done for sure. dont use a hammer as you could break it. use some pliers to squashe one end of the pin, it will then push though. To make the bit tighter on the outside, and the window secure, you'll just need to make sure the inside ring is nice and tight, and maybe bonded to the inside.
