Seems there is little more life in the forum lately, people getting their cars back on the road, and a few GT's changed hands to forum members recently. Would be good to have a meet as there are quite a few of us in the SE it seems.
I am suggesting w/e of 15/16 March or 22/23 March? What works best for people and where?
Lakeside is an easy choice for a meet and can combine with usual cruise scene? Also quite centrally located between those in SE London, Essex and Kent.
Starting a list for those interested:

Why not, would anyone be interested in combining this with a RR day?

Yes organise something proper not just a meet up in a car park. Oh and make it somewhere north of london at least and i will come
I will hopefully be there, sounds like the SE area could represent a good proportion of GT's
Mawb mate if we organised it for north of London it will flop no one will drive to the midlands ect to sit in a car park with 5 or 6 other Punto's thats just reality.
The purpose of organising a Lakeside meet means that even if the numbers are poor theres still a reason for going as there are plenty of meets in and around it GP,Excel and Tottenham are all easily driveable to.
I'm in an like matt says about lakeside gp
Plus this is in the SE section lol. Audi won't be on the road but may come along to say hi to few old faces

I'll be up for this once the date is confirmed.
Like i said make it not a meetup in a car park. Theres a few people that dont mind travelling for a good day such as furk doing probably 250 miles to bradford or me doing the same to brooklands. But for a meetup in a car park no thanks.
We want to get grande owners on here too provide a good event and they will join. Theres over 15 going to the meal and Humber bridge photo shoot and we need those numbers on here to show what this place can do like the old days when 30 puntos at brooklands was easy.
I spent £11000 of fuel last year so i dont care about driving for 4 hours for a good day out but some of the owners down there wont even leave the county their in. So why should anybody else make the effort.
Even when the club forked out the cash on the rr day only furk arrived. Though todd had to work.
I really hate it people saying we carnt get a good meeting going anywhere because such and such.
Just get the frucking cars out and get a good day sorted.
