    A hole in the vac. pipe between the std. FPR and the manifold would cause higher fuel pressure to the injector rail when idling/starting. I'd expect the ECU to be able to adjust for that unless it was a big pinhole?

    My reply about the possible ICV replacement was to Gibson87's problem, not yours.

    Yeah its like as if it sucked water in but its fine when revved a while....where can i get these icv ?

    Post a Car Parts Wanted ad. (GT3 ICV), or find one in a breakers or on eBay? They're horribly expensive new. I don't recall hearing of one actually dying before, but anything's possible.
