Granted a little untidy but doesn't bother me either way tbh would just mean having to scroll back if it was a monthly thread.
But half the days it doesn't get put up till late on. Plus people often come back to it the following day digging it up, so it is kind of broken!

That's my point Vern, if you want to keep up with the thread it will end up you having to read pages and pages, the daily threads are easier to follow.
So in short.... Cal GTFO!
Yeah I'm for keeping it as is.
One messy thread is going to get really confusing and a lot of the appeal to those threads for me is they are only a few pages long so can be read up quickly so you know whats going on, rather than trawling through 30 pages top put the new comments into some sort of context.
The point was to catch on the days events you would only have to go back as many pages as if it was a separate thread anyway. It just meant conversations could continue over from the previous day easier!
A timer-initiated job/task. It's more of an AIX/Unix/Linux reference than Windows, though.
