I have just rang Adrian Flux to get an insurance quote for my GT, the best price I have got so far is £365 from 1st Central which was on a comparison website. I went through all the questions with the lad from AF and he tells me that the best price is £970! He then tells me that the price I have been quoted before is 100% wrong, there is no chance any other company will quote anywhere near that and I should ring 1st Central by phone as online quotes are not accurate and unreliable. Apparently any 27 year old with 10 years no claims would struggle to get down to the price I was quoted.
I am 27, 4 years no claims, 3 points for speeding, no accidents, have use of a company car, standard GT, CAT 1 alarm/immobiliser etc
I am just about to ring 1st Central to find out for definite how much my quote will be but I was wondering what everyone else pays?
