that badge doesnt tally with a PD 150.

the 115 had a red "i" (like the 1.8T 20v), the 130 had a red "Di" and the 150 should have red "TDi".

sorry for being a bit anal about a badge.......that aside it looks good.

There is no definitive badging on these, but the 150's are generally badged as gti's, and the later models 'usually' have the red I like the 1.8T models have. Earlier ones are generally all silver badges.

No history of cam failure, sounds very healthy . And i'm thinking about getting a full turbo back exhaust system, green panel filter, then i'll most likely go see r-tech for a remap with egr removed, just having a read over on golf owners club to see anything else i can upgrade for little bit extra ponies

Sounds good mate, should easily see 190+hp and over 300lbft. Make sure you remove the EGR before the map as on yours it will most likely cause the EML to come on, which R-Tech can map out

Id be happy with those figures! Is milltek worth the money? Can't find a cheaper alternative, if it is worth it then i'm more then happy to buy one though!

Not to sure what i'm doing with the exterior yet, i like the way it looks, lower slightly, nice exhaust and mabye tint the windows a tad.

In my honest opinion, no. I had one one made up for mine, straight through from the turbo back, with just a back box. R-Tech managed to squeeze just over 180hp and 340lbft out of my PD130 so it cant be too bad

I would definitely lower it a bit to start with
