i had an ep82 tuned to a little more then 200bhp, was my daily driver for a year never missed a beat. the engined are pretty strong and can handle pretty big poower.
realy wish i still had mine to be fair
I'm currently selling my gt3 and was wondering if anyone has had any experiences with the starlet gt or glanza? I'm prefering the glanza tbh, does anyone no common problems with these?

They are good cars IMO. Don't know why I never changed from GT's to ep82 tbh. Mate had one that never went on dyno but ran 13.1 at pod. I believe people stick scooby turbos on them (td05?)
No Punto I've been in gave the same buzz as my mates old ep82. I remember sitting on the arse of an rx7 on the m11 at 160 awesome handling too. 5 times the car of what a gt is.

TD04 is the usual upgrade, TD05 usualy used when they go for the 5E engine swap.
160 in a shoe box is crazy stuff!
Glanzas have a nice look to them and so JDM! Good tuning potential and reliability as with most jap cars, doesnt have the sleeper affect or flare of a GT though.
Quite abit more money still IIRC??
That's the difference, they fetch double what a gt does

yea glanzas are a bit more, i originaly wanted one but couldnt justify the extra cash.
only problem is GTs are getting on a bit now hard to get one with decent mileage.
you can get a glanza for about 2800 if your lucky but a nice once is 3500+
i think in the main a GTs mileage is not the primary concern. lots of history showing whats been done and when and at what date/mileage is more important whether its done 50k or 150k.
a GT might come with zero paperwork yet show a mere 67,000miles on the clock but lets face it its easy to swap the clocks over. the displayed mielage should only be taken as an indication in conjunction with all the other giveaway signs on a cars true mileage.
i wouldnt pay/couldnt if i wanted to - afford 2500-3500 for a glanza.
the name of it for start. Q:what do you drive? A: a Glanza. WTF? sounds too much like bellend to me.
Is it actually called a Glanza or Galanza?
