even @ my own work they suggest different parts for 1.6 sporting & the td punto...

but they know mine is a gt...

even ordering rear brakes for my girls 172 cup, they were like are you sure they did one...we have down that they dont have clipers @ the back...blah blah blah!

I think the problems lies in the fact that the bigger companies employ young unqualified people, dont trian them or provide any such knowledge for them to use and expect them to provide a high level of service.

Agreed here that people cant expect staff to know everything about every car....however, what happened to the customer is always right.

For them to argue and tell you your car doesnt exist is just stupid imo.

For someone to say there is no such thing as a punto GT is just ludicrous when you know full well it as and you have proof in the form of a registration document yet they will still argue you are wrong.

They should either say its not showing anything on my shitty system i have infront of me or just that oh, i didnt realise there was a ..... model made by .....
