Tell me what company it is, if it a private company most are un enforceable tickets that they rely on the 'honest citizen' to just pay, just ignore it.

I got 3 when i parked in Aldi for work and have never paid them, that was about 2 years ago!

We have a private clamping company who check out our works car park in the evening (we have a gym next door) and if they find anyone parked up they will get clamped and have to pay up..~They pay the clamping company and not us although we do get 40 quid from each clamp Harse yes but not when they block us in..

Don't pay it, i got one from them, non enforceable. Checkout pepipoo.com for more info, i'll dig up my post and show you it at home (cant get on the forums from college)

its a big scam, you'll get loads of letters, then one saying they're going to send a collection agency round in 14 days if you don't pay. If you look at the small print at the bottom of the letter it says that the collection company is a trading name of AS Securi-T!

Had my 14 day final notice about 6 months ago

They say they will take me to court if i do not pay and if i lose i will pay the charges for court.

Another way round i thought of is that they dont accept cash payments. Since i am only 18 and at college i could claim i dont have a credit/debit car or a cheque book. How would they make me pay?

Ive read up that these people actually take people to court so now im gettin pretty pissed off cus i cba with the hassle

Yep, dont pay, completely un enforceble.. http://forums.pepipoo.com/lofiversio...hp/t23744.html

With any letter that says they will 'send someone round' rather than passing your details to a bailiff, Unenforceble.

They won't take you to court. Upload a scan of both sides of the ticket and make sure you edit out your details and register on those forums john just linked. Post it in the parking and decriminalised notices section on there. They will calm your worries

i was worried when i got one too, but its a load of bull. You can see my 14 day notice dated from about 6 months ago if you like

Nope don't write to them, or they'll rope you in and never leave you alone. Ignore it, post on that other forum for a confidence boost and info.
