After recording our 3rd best month ever in July, we have done it again in October - our 3rd best month ever! So thank you to everyone who has rung.

We are already way ahead in November based on previous years so I would encourage you to ring us (or email using the special template form only) when your car insurance renewal is due.

Well, there was a rather alarming mismatch between the verbally stated Foreign Use cover and the Policy Booklet, in the case of the quote I got. So, "let the buyer beware" and read the actual terms of the policy to ensure that you're getting what you expected! Do this before you commit to any policy.

I'm not exactly criticising the brokers here, but this was a major mismatch of conditions and made me very suspicious of who has the actual facts straight.

dont do very well on quoting for the renewal.
my policy finished got a better price phoned up they didnt even ask what the quote was i got just said ok.
so 1 customer lost

That doesn't sound like how we operate but looking into it, I think it is because we can't do your postcode on the scheme so our hands are tied.

No, it's probably because we had to quote the standard screen rates rather than our scheme rates because of your postcode.

why can we only get a quote when the insurance renewal is due? for example if you quote me alot cheaper than im currently paying, ill cancel my current policy and go with you lot?

That is true but you'll no doubt get heftily penalised by your current insurer for cancelling. We also have to give priority to those due for renewal as well.
