You charge VAT on the price inc delivery, not just on the item itself, would have thought VAT would be in the delivery charge already?
Not picking it to bits or anything, just interested to know, i'll delete this after.
VAT is chargeable on everything, except basic foods, kid clothes and few other things - none of which i sell
so yes, VAT is on everything in the EU
post office dont charge vat, however this wont fit through the slot
couriers do charge vat though

I know that lmao, what i meant was, i assumed that when you would have got the postage quote of say £50, that would have already had VAT added from the courier, yet you add the postage to the total cost and add VAT on that, so i was guessing that the purchaser is effectively paying VAT on the postage twice.
