The new criteria of not accepting any bhp increase mods by more than 20bhp does affect some on the forum but we are still busy though we’re sorry that this precludes some from getting a quote from us

dosnt that rule out 98% of the forums member base. and any other club like this.

I just honestly can't believe i am the only 20 year old you insure on a modified GT (or similar spec car), with the exception of the one other person who got the same letter!

Not worth getting your knickers in a twist. I have gained another years NCB, and my insurer just sent a renewal letter through asking for £240 more than I paid last year with less NCB's. My car is totally standard, and less than 6 months old.. I drive a miniture car, not a limousine!

I've had a shop around, and I can get it for about the same as I paid last year. Suprisingly, from the same firm So I shall be ringing them this evening to tell them to stuff their renewal premium, and I will just take out a new policy with them. They prey off people not shopping around.

It's all well and good saying people pay it - those law abiding amongst us have no choice. There's more than 3 million cars on UK roads uninsured and growing every day no thanks to ridiculous premiums

My apologies for being away from the forums for so long. We have had a few internal changes.

March is a very busy month for insurance renewals so please feel free to ring us if your car insurance is due for renewal in the next few weeks.

In 2010, we recorded an average saving of 10.5% off our new customers quotes elsewhere and we have just had an extremely good first 2 months of the year – surpassing our target by quite a vast amount!

In fact, we were already two thirds to our February target a quarter of the way through the month!

It is great to see people ringing us up but we would like every possible person who fits the criteria to at least ring us on the freephone number and hopefully see the benefits that so many other people are seeing.
