look how much torque it has low down tho?!
compared to the other HGT's
186lbft @ 2800rpm
that has got to be a bullshit figure, I am afraid for an hgt to be producing 138 bhp at the wheels you'd be seeing over 170 (taking into account their poor t/l) at the fly. "Rubbish" quoted the rr mechanic at G Force!
That torque, I would say, was "nearly" unreliable, 186lb ft in a n/a hgt running just an exhaust system!! LMFAO!
I think we all know who has the most powerful hgt on the forums
thats the fly figure you ****ing numpty, and that torque figure must be a mistypeOriginally Posted by jimma

james, it was the fly. dont you remember this -
well done you two :P that was the point I was getting at (in a very jimjam roundabout way!!)
If the fly is 138 then the wheels you'd be seeing no more than about 110 bhp.
does that sound about right, cos thats what they told him... if so then G force were way way out with my car -Yeah it`s from the flywheel, at the wheels it`s estimated to be 15% less...
So in my case having 137bhp at flywheel, means at the wheels it`ll be 116.45bhp....
Nick, Well Lane, are pretty well equipped, and have 4x4 rollers too.....not sure on maximum bhp....on the "Analogue reading dials", if I`m not mistaken reading went up to 580bhp?? Can`t quite remember.....
but also saying that, for 2 pages of the chat on puntomk they were quoting that 138 for a wheels figure... so i dont really think they helped - and no one mentioned how odd the figures were.
