Exactly, so why waste the money on something for a few months when you could save for a bit longer and get a much better car IMO.

You can pick up Exiges for just under £20k now, S2 Elises are around £12k from what I've seen.

Exiges being better cars than Elises is a matter of personal taste and what you use them for. I wouldn't swap mine, but they are less practical (S1s anyway).

You can get an S1 Elise from £6k, however insurance for Lotuses are going to be the killer for most younger chaps.

You can pick up a few early models Tegs for that money with average milleage. Same goes with the Delta and cosworth, may have slightly higher miles and not be mint tho.

Didnt manage to find any Type R tegs tho for that money. However found a few of the SIR versions.
