    King Of Europe 2008

    Anyone going?

There is a bunch of danish cars attending and I am going down there with som friends to support them and have some fun..

"4 years after its launch, King of Europe Dragster is the new reference for street legal cars, more than just another "drag" event, it is now a real social event where passion for fast cars and drag racing smell all around!

Ian Hook, Nigel Parkin and Marcin Blauth, these 3 names will last forever in the King of Europe history and we know that a lot of people want to be the next "King" but like a famous rock band said in the past... it is a long way to the top!

After a successful shift in Eastern Europe in 2007 for the "West vs East" Edition, we have decided to split the event in an "East Edition" followed by this "West Edition" also known as the "main event".

The winner of this West event will be named "King of West" and a superfinal between "King of East" (from the April Eastern event) vs "King of West" will happen at the end of this event to crown the new "King of Europe".

For this 2008 main event, we are back in Belgium, on a military airport, 2500meters long by 80meters wide! Brustem is already well known by the national street racers and now with you guys we will turn Brustem from a national to a European dragstrip "

I drove to spa last year and it didnt take as long as i thought.

We have to drive about 1000km to get there, but from what my mate have told me about it, it should be well worth it!
