Well keep the arch going till it just goes over the front door, obviously it will be in two section so the door can open

Just like the pic that you just posted but on a 3 door

The key to making it look good is the height of the "step" on the side of the car. as you see on the alfa its just under halfway between the top of the wheel and the bottom of the window - on the punto, youve copied the same height above the wheelarch, but because the punto wheels are smaller it sits much much lower and looks a bit naff. raise it up to the halfway point ish and it looks much sweeter - trust me, ive done a LOT of studying of car aesthetics... basically you want the arches exactly the same as they currently are, they just end a bit higher up on the side of the car - wont look too boxy at all as they dont add much width really - give it a bash!!

the height is approx halfway from the sill to the window as i have done it, its the lacl of front bumper and door throwing you, honestly, it will be to high

ive done one or two arches before

and dont forget the fuel filler height...

    i know you have

the front arches are good, though i would make them end just shy of the headlight assembly, so that they can be smoothed in to the wing.

the back ones, its not from the sill you need to be halfway on - its the top of the wheel - trust me on this... look at any wide body race car you care to name with a similar sort of blister bulge style extension, they all follow this rule. integrale, quattro, pug 106/306... its all to do with aesthetics and its something ive spent many many years looking at!!
