Ben lives near him, but the driveshaft Ben bought off him has broken so now Ben is without his car.... (lol, at situation not Ben)
You should know the Police wont do anything, small claims court is your only option, someoen have a letter drafted explaining if he isnt in contact within a set time he will be getting a few solicitors letters.
