ok 19th may is unavalible so we are looking at

sunday 27th
sunday 13th
saturday 12th
sunday 6th

but i cannot book any date until we have 16 memnbers and a £10 deposit for it from each person

so ill go for the sunday 27th as i think we have more chance of getting this day than any other and having the deposits etc.
