Does anyone have any tips or old books on how to play a guitar.
I have a friend that is going to teach me for free and his in a covers band which are quite good. But id like to learn things in my own time also and any hints or old help books would be of great advantage as ive just bought my first acoustic. My friend helped me choose a great beginners guitar.

I had excellent book but i threw it away about a month ago
