1998 Ford Mondeo Keyfobs

Got a mate who needs to get a 2nd key cut and he only has the one key.

Anyone know what the jig is with these and can they simply take the key to get it cloned?

Also, any places in the Brentwood or Liverpool St area that does em cheap?

IIRC only Ford can copy them.

There are loads of places that offer them when I look on the net. Trying to find those little places that can do them at 'local' prices is what I am looking for.

You say keyfob, but do you mean just the key? Most cutters do it. Its very simular to the Fiat red/blue key thing. That shoe place/chain, Stimpsons will do it. there is one opposite Monument, but there is probably on nearer Liverpool Street.
