gt 1, 2 and 3 differences?

A mate is looking to buy a gt , whats the differences to the 1-2-3 punto`s? and what year did they change over?

He has about 4k to spend , will he get a good gt3 for that?

for that money only get a gt3 which is R plate or later. and he should get a decent on for the money.

obvious things, a gt3 will have anthracite wheels, gt written on the seats and colour coded skirts... amongst a load of other stuff

i think it was (but correct me if im wrong)

94-95: GT1
96-97: GT2
98> GT3



But there can be some confusion with the GT2s, as some of them are a mish mash of GT 1, 2 and 3 bits.

yo trev, tell him to get a GT3, then up then team up with you and put your engine in it, that'll be fun

£4k will get a very nice GT3 with bout 40,000 on the clock. 8)
