Is this what our membership is reduced to?
People even considering that in any gear, at any speed and any given corner/straightline their GT will keep up with/beat a Ferrari 360 or a Maserati whatever.
I'm so sorely tempted to post this on the 360 forum or the Maserati forum, but I'm just too amused/embarassed to do so.
Every week "we" seem to "beat" cars higher up in the league.

ive beet a golf 1.8 turbo and a vr6 in my old gt with a load of witnesses and the golf turbo didnt hang around cuz everyone was laughing about it im sure we have all had our moments
let people dream sometimes it does them some good!
1.8 Golf Turbo - big, heavy, no torque, little power (sub 200 bhp), front wheel drive, struggles to get into mid 7's to 60. VR6, still not massively quick either.

Ferrari 360 modena. 350+ bhp, not particularly heavy, rear wheel drive, trick differential, short gear ratios.... I won't go into the Maserati but it will probably be 300+ bhp as well.
