T - i have sky already. i'm a tight arsed welshman, you should know that
i want to pay as little as poss
40Gb would probably do, or maybe even 80Gb. i wouldnt need anymore
i only want to record stuff, when i am on nights, coz i hate daytime tv
i have seen some 40Gb boxes for around £30-£40 on eBay.
you have to have a subscription mate to use sky plus. how much are you paying a month at the moment? if its under £34 there is a £10 a month charge for the use of the sky plus functions
oh and you need 2 feeds coming from your dish to get the full functionality
FFS!
we only have the family package at £21/month
i was thinking of going to go back to the full package
do i have to pay someone to come out and fit a new feed too?
i just got sky HD, the picture quality is amazing specially on films n football, well worth the money.
would you like to explain what you get for your money?Originally Posted by Gt-Jay
