i've have owned my car for just over a year now and to be perfectly honest its hasn't had an easy year. Its covered about 15k miles, most of which where on motorways. its had the following done to it:

3 oil and filter changes
two coolant changes
one set of disks
two sets of pads
new head gasket
new thermometer
two new shocks on the front
new water pump
and two new ariels
full valet, inside and out

To help it out a bit i was thinking of doing the following to it:

new spark plugs
new Ht leads
complete engine flush
new oil and filter
run some std fuel treatment though it
new standard air filter

can anyone think of any thing else to do?
