I find that the people at flux are very friendly as oppose to other companyies
its worth a try as i've just phoned them and to insure everything thats going to go on the car and a paint job only an additional £73.80 so i think they are cheap. Im insured through them with a company caled ensign.
ok, here goes.
£500 excess due to the paint. (£300 with greenlight)
7500 miles. (same as i get with greenlight)
agreed value. (same as greenlight - once i send photos off.)
and all the other stuff you would usually get.
£773. which is more like i was expecting.

My excess hasn't gone up with paint on it chris. Sounds like a reasonable quote.
Chris how do they work out the value? As i have to do that with my insurance also.
you've got standard yellow tho?
value is based on market value. modified insurance companies add the price of modifications. my agree value with flux would be £3000.
HIC want nearly £1000
