a person who prefers a 12 year old gt to an elise obviosuly doesnt appreciate 'driving' and clearly doesnt understand the thrill of being able to drive a machine engineered in such a way you can be part of the car and get a full experience of driving through bends without bouncing through them and live off the adrenaline given when driving a true 'drivers' car!
I agree with Chris, I 'd prefer my GT to an Elise. Doesn't mean they are not good, just I'd prefer my GT (plus I don't think I could even get me left bollock in an Elise)
