    What Do U Think???

Ok, as some of u know picked up GT last night, i sorted out the DV problem and now it sounds fine, also it made a big differnece in preformance? Well any way the car looks about 40ft high but it also only has standard speakers in it , i have a sub, amp and headunit to go in.

You have most of the ICE, speakers wont cost that much to sort, but you can get by at the moment.

At the end of the day depends what you want... a car is for driving. Handling is a pretty important part of driving so lowering it will make it look and handle better.

Lower, and enjoy handling. Music should be left to master in the home.

...unless you enjoy a decent sound in your car.

I'd lower it first mate, then wack your ice in as it sounds like you're halfway there with that already.

Because that's what it's for, sitting in a listening to music. Oh and we all know it's the best environment for sound deflection etc. Great.

I'd love to hear a response to that post from some of the SQ car audio people on Car Audio Direct's forum. The car is a great place for audio, with the right amount of sound proofing and high quality components set up to give the perfect sound stage you'd be hard pressed to beat the clarity and intimacy you can achieve with car audio. You'd think twice about that statement above if you heard some of the SQ systems knocking about this country.

Car's are for driving, but the fact that you can listen to music at the same time is a nice bonus. If people want to spend money on making it sound better that's up to them.

Its each to their own in this world Zeus.

put your system in, the std speakers are good enough, and your sub will compensate enough for a while anyway.

then lower it. - it makes *such* a difference to the handling to have stiffer /lower springs...

Point taken, however how many people have the money required to do this, and how many people have sound proofed their cars. Fact is a poor majority.

Most people sadly listen to a 10" sub, with 6x9's, amp and crap music. Bass way-over how the record was recorded and intended for listening to.

So....back to the point, lower it
