can you arrange the stand now for however many have paid, and then add to it as we go? as last year was a bit too close for comfort. at least if we have a small stand to start, we always have something set in stone. and those who pay early, have no worries about it.
thats why i've mad the cut off for a month before.
i need 10 confirmations to book the stand. so once i get 10 i will book and pay for 10, then i will call them up on the 5th of june (3rd is a saturday) and pay for the rest of the people have paid.
does that make sense?
