Get the K750i, best phone I've ever had. Pure substence over style, which is something of a rarity these days.

I think it just places more emphasis on the MP3 side of things, but I'm yet to meet anyone who uses their phones as MP3 players...

in the near future i will be.

plan for the new year is to get fit. so time to dust of the old bike.

I thought that too, which was part of the reason I went for the K750i. I saw the potential to begin with, but in practice they're just a bit too hamfisted in terms of simplicity of use when it comes to MP3s. Dedicated MP3 players are still preferable, for the moment anyway,

yeah true.

but if i can get a phone for free that does the job, then that would save me buying a mp3 player.

K750 and the w800 are the same phone!! The only difference is the colour and the size of the memory card. Even if you dont use the mp3 player it has a 512mb card in it so you can store whatever you want?? 'nipple fairy' !

so if i bought a 1gb card for the k750i i'd basically have a w800i?

Yeah but that would cost you extra..

Oh ye.. You would have to change the firmware aswell but gatecrasher will tell you how to do that
