Its gonna be at least anotha year before they think about a different engine, they are making diesels the top end models so its not lookin good + Fiat are ghey and have no idea when it comes to keeping up with the (performance) market around them.
Think they're making a 1600 rally car, so there will be a version of that i guess, probly another HGT, i doubt they will go turbo...
I heard it was gonna be a 2000cc rally car! Plus theres always hope, not sure how true its been but there has been talk of a petrol turbo model.
It's got potential in my eyes...
As standard it does look good tho, i have to admit, but its too tall to be sporty!
Kas i think they will have to build something around 180bhp +
All other car companys have small powerfull hatches, I can see fiat going to miss out on that market

I dont know how much truth there is in it but on another forum someone said Fiat had a petrol turbo engine and were currently in the process of deciding whether to put out a 180 bhp or 220bhp version.
