If they have knowledge about the punto then they will be useful for the community, so yes I think they should.
Should non-punto owners be able to be a moderators? I thought along with the new forum etc all moderators were going to be only punto owners, this allows the forum to move on and grow as people move on...
I only ask as recently a few moderators have sold up and are still moderating...

if they own a fiat amongst others yes fine otherwise no
Yes I don't see why not, a lot of non members are more useful than some non members, and know a lot about the Punto.

The only difference between members and non members is a £15 cheque. Not knowledge or anything.
