    the pics from my digi cam are always too large to upload, can only upload the crappy ones from my cam fone...

    When you say too large you mean file size right? If so right click your picture then click edit (should take u into paint) then click File then Save as... re-name the picture and change the format to JPEG in the drop down list below the name. This should more than half the size of the file sometimes even more.
