    Raced a CRX V-tec

My mate has been giving me **** ever since I got my GT and finally we had it out on a 'private' dual carrigeway tonight

1st time I slipped a gear so he beat me second time it was going back the other way up quite a steep hill rolling start with him in front waiting for someone to pull over, when they did we both floored it I caught up with him very quickly so I was right behind him and that's the way it stayed he couldn't shake me and I couldn't pass got to about a ton and had to slow down for the end of the road

bearing in mind I'm completely standard and he has a induction kit and sports manifold zorst etc I think I did quite well, he thought he was going to rape me hehe

    civic Type R (CTR)
    or

coz i managed to stay just ahead of a Type R (upto about 70 - 80) from standing start? ??

...im sure Type R is quicker than CRX !?!?

Suprised none of the usual muppets haven't said "it's because Honda's have no torque". It's a pretty standard comment from your average diesel or turbo owner, because they know no different, or how an engine should really work.

You did well to beat a CRX VTEC. Are you sure it wasn't a 16-16 ?

And the CTR driver wasn't trying
If you have any car care related questions, ask me in the Cleaning/Detailing section.

dont think the vtec driver was up to much either imo
with those mods and the etc (whatever that was) he should of raped you as he'd of been pushing 170+ and lighter than you
but again this is only my opinion
    i'm sure i'm completely wrong
