Can I offer some advice??
I got a fantastic quote, I was prepared to take the policy out but I didn't have the time to do the T&Cs, also I didn't have a card to pay on me either.
I asked for a call back the next day (when I was off work and available) but I heard nothing back?!?!?!?
My advice is that if they say they will call back, that someone actually calls.
I ended up just letting it renew with my current, but I'll try again next year
