yesterday almost crashed twice by idiot sunday drivers on motorway -change lane without check in the mirror...-, but nothing else LOL
I will be very suprised if the flywheel will ever come loose again. It's definitely on. Not sure why it keeps breaking the key, we've modified the pulley face and nut so it's actually flat.. We checked it on a machine and both the nut and and the pulley were not straight.

No damage Andre just a pain to fix in this cold. Was out with brad last night and is still running fine.

Yeah just wanted to check it looks how I remember it. The key is part of the actual casting of the crankshaft no? And the nut holding the pulley on isn't coming loose either? Very annoying issue, don't know what to suggest.
The key slot is in the crack pulley the the actual key is a small piece of metal that fits in the end of the crank.
