Barry, this Williams is not worth the money. It's not numerated Williams with the golden plaque, it's Williams 2, and he's not gonna get that money, not in a million years.

    So what's the difference between Williams 1,2 & 3?

weight. williams 2 has abs, electric mirrors, etc, not numerated, williams 3 had electric sunroof, some even AC, abs and some other - non Dieppe style upgrades. You should look at the Williams 1 like a more comfy Caterham for the daily use and fun. Light car with the big engine in it and with the widetrack, it's just amazin how Williams turns. Like it has lsd, and it doesn't, and the best thing about it is that it pulls like a train from 1300rpm all the way to the 7000 mark, it's impressive. And with a few mods, a healthy engine will show 168hp (mine did this on rollers and 202nM!). That's really funny, because that day when my Willy rolled almost 170bhp, a mate of mine with a Clio 172 + BMC intake and ss exhaust rolled 161bhp! LOL Cars aren't what they just to be, I'm telling you, and the feeling, the throttle response that Willy has is amazing. Only car that had similar throttle response that I drove was the E39 M5, and that's ITB'd V8.

Random fact. My tutor at college built that car!
Well, he was part of the team hired to "shoehorn the V6 in" as he put it! After they squeezed it in, they were shipped off to Spain and someplace snowy (I forget where now) to do hot and cold weather testing, lucky git! But as far as I know it's the most dangerous car ever built! Almost guaranteed he was drunk as a skunk the whole time and it nearly killed him three times during testing!

Nice. Ph2 is far more refined than Ph1. Ph1 was a very dangerous car.
