All of the above are experiance GT owners, you'll be sorry when you boil your engine on a hot day!
I don't like it tbh, should of used a wide mouth even for aesthetics, I couldn't even give a front bumper away once, not exactly spenny!

I like the bumper and not had any problems with air flow or over heating i worked real hard on that bumper and like it a lot

It won't help airflow but you should get away with it providing your cooling system is in good order.
When I think of all the dodgy GT's I see with the narrow mouth bumper. Majority of which have been cheaply repaired!

Not my cuppa tea really as I don't like body kits etc.
But, I will admit, it looks FAR better than before. Massive improvement, well done.
I agree with the others though. Cut the slats out, cooling is hugely important in these old engines.

The splitter looks nice.
However along with all the other people. You should have used a wide mouth
You will be receiving less than half of the air flow Normally used on these fmics, and although you say its fine it is restrictive no matter what kind of temperatures you are running.
You will be getting No air flow to the radiator behind the fmic at all.
These bumpers have been used in the past and any kind of power generation always ends up with the owner changing it after having problems with the engine.
As for the work thats gone into it kudos to you. But i would look at doing it again for a widemouth and selling that bumper to somebody with a lower model not requiring the fmic.

Ye abit of mesh would help I think a trip to eBay is in order ha ha cheers

Just nip down to B&Q for mesh Matt.
Regardless of the look, it will be much better for your engine etc.
