We want to keep all of our customers updated with a severe delay which our couriers are currently facing.

Due to severe backlog, caused by a failed integration of their current DHL and YODEL deliveries – we are told that ANY orders sent to the following postcodes are STUCK and will take a further 7-10 days to be delivered to customers -

CF, SA, EX, PL, TQ, BH, SO, PO and Scotland

Any orders placed from today, to these areas will be sent by UKMAIL to avoid any further backlog or delays.

If you have recently placed an order for home delivery, and are in one of the affected postcode we suggest the following:

1. Contact our customer service team on 0208 956 5175 with you order number – They will CANCEL your order and arrange a refund (3-5 days)
2. Replace the order today – This order will be sent by UKMAIL as they currently have no delays.
3. Need the part urgently? – Why not try our Click & Collect service and collect from store in as little as 15 minutes.

We are VERY sorry for any delays which you may face, and are working hard to ensure that all new orders are sent via the quickest method possible, allowing YODEL to clear up their backlog!
