What plugs you using? i personally wouldnt go any smaller then .025 thou. iirc 0.6mm on any plug.

"Dead" exhaust vale springs are also possible because of too much pressure in the exhaust manifold.

Is the problem a "load problem" (50%+ TPS?! and boost) or "rev" problem?
