Not wanting to blow my own trumpet or anything and I could be completely wrong (it was a few years ago) but my Punto was one of the first GT conversions possibly. I can't remember anyone talking about it before.

achwassols and big blue were my inspirations and i have been around here for a looong time, there was also another puntoboy username that had a really nice red GT.

The first 2l was also inspirational as well as mawbs cabriolet project that went on longer than any other projects i can recall.

He had that when i had the midnight blue GT1 which i sprayed in metalflake in 2003 so yeah its gotta be nearly 10 or more years!
